The Perfect Baked Chicken

My mom and some other friends constantly ask me how I get that rotisserie flavored, crispy skinned chicken. I'm finally sharing it with you, and it is OH SO EASY!



It's really quick and easy.

Pat your chicken dry.

Smother it in butter (under the skin and on the skin) or with olive oil.

Coat in a thin layer of seasoning salt:

Recipe for salt:
Equal parts
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Oregano
Turmeric

Cook uncovered @ 375 for 2 hrs. Cook in 20 minute intervals after that until skin is dark brown and crispy.

Allow to rest on the stove, covered, for 30 to 60 minutes.
